1) Meet in Person or Teleconference
We meet in person or teleconference via Skype or phone to discuss what I can do to help you. We will also converse regarding what modality is best for your needs.
2) Discuss Desires and Future Expectation
We next discuss where you would like to be and how you would like to feel in your life. In my experience, I have seen at times we are so deep with issues and concerns, that just being above the ground and able to make decisions not based on emotions but rather with facts is a huge step in the right direction for healing from the inside out. In this step, I ask you to fill out a personal and confidential consent form along with a form about your general health.
3) Uncover Which Area of Life Needs Attention
Some people know where they want to start; others have no idea. In my experience, I’ve found that everything links to one huge obstacle. Like peeling an onion, we will work through your different layers. The older we are the more layers we have and more concerns and issues may pop up the deeper we dig.

4) Method of Treatment
Discussion begins regarding which method of treatment – modality - is to be used. If there is one particular modality you prefer I will respect your wishes.
In the beginning, we want to focus on the pain associated from certain emotions so you can think rationally. This is where I love to start working with clients, clear the fog first then we can focus on one area of their lives at the time. We eat an elephant one bite at the time. The most important question is: “Are you ready and willing to release the negative and Trapped Emotions?”
5) Comfort During Sessions
Before I start working with you using a certain modality I will explain all that I do and how it will work for you. I will ask your degree of discomfort from 0 to 10; 10 being the highest where you are at when we start. I do it again at the end of the session. When you are on my massage table or massage chair you are in a safe place. All you need to do is relax and let me take care of the rest. Each session will be similar but not the same and will differ from one to the next.
6) Measure Progress
After each session a progress form is handed to you. I ask that you answer this truthfully so that I can accurately measure your progress. This feedback helps with future sessions.
7) Schedule the Next Appointment
After our session we will determined the amount of times needed for treatment and book the next session. Your healing continues after the session so I do a follow up call within 24 – 48 hours to hear how you’re doing. If you have any questions, you can call me anytime. If I’m unavailable, I will contact you as soon as possible.

The goal is to have you smiling again and see a life worth living. I will work with you until you are successful in all areas of life.
